Position: Recruitment Sales Executive - IT (Information Technology)
Gross Compensation (NPR): 37,450 - 53,500

Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients and understand their IT staffing needs, including technical requirements, project timelines, and budget constraints.
- Utilize your effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and stay up to date with industry trends to adapt recruitment strategies, identify business opportunities, and maintain a competitive edge.
- Source and identify qualified IT professionals through various channels, including job portals, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals.
- Utilize your strong negotiation and persuasion skills to facilitate offer discussions, contract negotiations, and finalize placements, ensuring mutual satisfaction for clients and candidates.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including recruiters, account managers, and HR professionals, to streamline the recruitment process, share knowledge, and meet client expectations.
- Demonstrate your problem-solving skills by addressing client and candidate concerns, resolving conflicts, and finding creative staffing solutions.
- Effectively manage your time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Qualifications:
1. Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in recruitment sales, bench sales, or IT staffing, preferably in the IT industry.
- Familiarity with the recruitment process, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation
2. Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering excellent customer service.
- Active listening skills to comprehend client requirements and provide appropriate staffing solutions.
3. Sales and Negotiation Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the IT or staffing industry.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to facilitate offer discussions, contract negotiations, and finalizing deals.
- Ability to understand market trends, identify business opportunities, and convert leads into successful placements.
4. Market Research and Industry Knowledge:
- Up-to-date knowledge of the IT industry, including emerging technologies, market trends, and competitors.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and adapt recruitment strategies to stay competitive and meet client demands.
- Familiarity with different IT roles, skill sets, and industry-specific certifications.
