Felm is an internationally active organization established in 1859 and one of the largest Finnish civil Society organizations working in global development. Felm currently works in 24 countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America. Felm started working in Nepal since 1977. As an INGO it was registered in 2009, to promote social justice, and enhance economic and social transformation of the most marginalized, vulnerable, and socio-economically disadvantaged people. It focuses on Community Development, Climate Resilient Livehoods Mental Health and Inclusive education; with cross-cutting themes gender equality and rights of people with disabilities. We work in Sudurpaschim and Kamali Province.
Felm Nepal is looking for highly motivated and competent Program Coordinator to join its team in Dhangadi Regional Office.
1. Program Coordinator: You will be responsible for creating tools and systems for monitoring and reporting, ensuring that projects are tracked afficiently and on time. You will provide consistent support to partners, helping them enhance their skills in project cycle management, documentation, and reporting. By working closely with local authorities, you will foster strong collaboration to achieve the best possible outcomes.
