Strategic Background of Quality Control Supervisor
Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for creating and implementing a quality control program that assures the organization's services meet or exceed defined quality standards. This includes defining quality standards, devising quality assurance methods, training staff, conducting continuous improvement efforts, and partnering with other departments to integrate quality control procedures into all parts of the organization's operations.
Duties and Responsibilities of Quality Control Supervisor
- The Quality Control Supervisor is in responsible for creating and implementing quality control procedures that ensure the organization's products or services satisfy set quality standards.
- Quality Control Supervisors must supervise organization services to verify that services are in accordance with defined quality standards.
- The Quality Control Supervisor inspects services to ensure that services meet quality standards that have been established.
- Audits are conducted by the Quality Control Supervisor to identify areas for improvement and to ensure that the organization's quality control procedures are followed.
- Must be comfortable for frequent travel.
- The Quality Control Supervisor instructs staff on quality control methods and ensures that it adhere to specified procedures.
- The Quality Control Supervisor examines data to find patterns and opportunities for improvement.
- The Quality Control Supervisor takes corrective actions to address quality issues and ensure that the organization's services satisfy defined quality standards.
- The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for the upkeep of quality control documentation, including as inspection reports and process audits.
Education, professional experience, technical skills:
- A bachelor's degree in a related is required.
- 1 years of experience in quality control or a relevant subject is required and extensive experience in creating and executing quality control methods.
- Experience overseeing organization operations and inspecting services.
- Comprehensive understanding of quality control ideas and methodologies.
- Use of quality control tools and software, such as quality management systems (QMS), is required.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities and outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
