Chief Provincial Manager/Assistant Chief Provincial Manager (Province Head – Few)
Main responsibilities: - The overall responsibility shall include overseeing the smooth operation of the province.
- He/She should be capable of setting and achieving competitive business targets, closely work with agent networks.
- Should have a pleasing personality and be capable of handling the assigned responsibilities independently and work in a team.
Requirements: - Minimum Bachelor level or equivalent from a reputed university.
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in the Banking/Insurance sector or in the Marketing field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant personality will be preferred.
- Should be capable of leading various branch departments independently.
