Senior Knowledge Management and Learning Coordinator

Brief of Job Description:
The position holder will lead the Knowledge Management and Learning (KML) system and collaborate with different projects and technical leads to capture, organize, and share knowledge efficiently. Lead in designing and implementing learning initiatives to develop thought-leadership both internally and externally and utilize evidence and learnings to enhance program development and quality. The position holder will develop strategic learning briefs, and other knowledge products, and strategically support in diffusing learning.
Eligibility
Masters in international development, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Organisational Development, or a related discipline with minimum 4 years (3 years for the GSI group), or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 6 years (4 years for GSI group) of experience in the related field.
