Position: Rooms Division Manager (One)
Age : Above 25 years
Education : Graduate in Hotel Management from a recognized institute with specialization in Rooms Division.
Experience : At least 6 years of experience, of which at least 2 years in a similar position with a reputable hotel experience having worked within Brand hotels will be given preference.
Knowledge/Ability: Oversees and directs all aspects of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Laundry operations.
Position: Food & Beverage Manager (One)
Age : At least 25 years
Education : Bachelor in Hotel Management or graduate with required experience in Food & Beverage operations/Outlets in a reputed hotel
Experience : Candidate should be a Hotel Management Graduate/Culinary arts plus 5 to 8 years of related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge/Ability:- Manage food and beverage operations to ensure quality service and standards while delivering a guest experience that is unique. Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulations concerning health, safety, or other requirements.
Position: Security Manager (One)
Age : At least 35 years
Education : Minimum Bachelors Degree
Experience : Police background/Inspector of Police or above with minimum 10 years of experience.
Knowledge/Ability: The candidate is required to establish good relationship with Nepal Police, Armed Police Force & Nepal Army personnel. He should coordinate with external agencies for all special security requirements on emergencies. Candidate should be aware of the latest amendments in civiVcriminal laws, technological advances in surveillance and safety equipment's. Perform various security related training, check and analyze all incoming reports to formulize action plan would also be required.
Position: Dim Sum Chef for our Chinese Restaurant at the hotel
Age : At least 25 years
Education : Minimum 10 passed
Experience : Candidate must have work knowledge in Reputed Chinese Restaurant as CDP level for minimum 4 years who could speak Nepali, English. Preference wil be given to the Hotel management graduate or to those having minimum 02 years of experience in Food Production in any 5 star hotels.
Knowledge/Ability: The job involves organizing, developing and supervising the food production in Chinese Restaurant as per the prescribed standards and recipes. It also includes ensuring guest satisfaction.
Candidate should be imaginative, motivated, dedicated and entrepreneurial whose principal duties, inter alias, are the establishment and servicing of accounts in the local corporate market.
