Position: Customer Success Representative
Qualifications: 10+2 /Bachelors running
Experience: 1 year in customer-facing roles (ISP experience preferred)
Location: Biratnagar
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow up with customers for renewals.
• Conduct home visits for feedback, payments, and device recovery.
• Collect payments and manage billing processes.
• Recover devices from churned customers.
• Execute grid-level customer retention and win-back campaigns.
• Collaborate with grid, sales, and customer experience teams.
• Communicate with customers via calls, SMS, and visits.
• Monitor churn and suggest improvements based on competitor analysis.
