Job Descriptions:
- Promote and advocate for pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers, including doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies.
- Meet and exceed the sales goals established by management on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential new clients and gain insights into competitors' offerings.
- Develop and nurture strong professional relationships with healthcare practitioners and key stakeholders in the industry.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and industry developments to guarantee accurate and current information is provided to clients.
- Generate and submit detailed reports on sales activities, customer engagement, market trends, and competitor insights on a regular basis.
- Offer training and support to healthcare professionals regarding the effective use of products.
- Participate in medical conferences, seminars, and trade exhibitions to represent the company and build a network with healthcare professionals.
- Maintain ethical marketing standards and comply with local regulations in all promotional activities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Completed/ Running (B.Pharma)
- At least 1 year experience in related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Problem-Solving Ability
