After you sign up, you can start the counselling session with the counselor who fits your objectives, preferences, and the type of issues you are dealing with. Different counselors have different approaches and areas of focus, so it's important to find the right person who can achieve the best results for you. However, if you start the process and you feel your counselor isn't a good fit for you, you may elect to be matched to a different counselor.

Who are the Counsellors?

Counsellors are expert who have enough experiences on their related filed and also a qualified/certified by their state's professional board after successfully completing the necessary education, exams, training and practice. While their experience, expertise and background vary, they all possess a hands-on experience.

How much does it cost to take each counselling session?

The counselling session’s price varies as per the counsellors, as counsellors are free to quote their own price in order to facilitate their service to the one who need it. If you want to know about the price of counsellors, you can simply visit the counsellors’ profile

How will I communicate with my counsellors?

You can get counseling in four ways:

• Exchanging messages with your counselor
• Chatting live with your counselor
• Speaking over the internet enabled device with your counselor
• Video conferencing with your counselor

You can use different ways at different times as you wish, based on your needs, availability, and convenience.

How does messaging work?

Once you select a counselor, you and your counselor will get a dedicated "virtual room", which will be your private and secure place to communicate. In this room, you will write about yourself, the things going on in your life, ask questions and discuss the issues that you have. Your counselor will then read your messages, and respond with questions, feedback, insights, and guidance.
You can exchange messages with your counselor at any time, from anywhere, using any Internet-connected device. The room is open 24/7 and since messaging is not in real-time it doesn't require scheduling. Instead, you can choose whenever you want to write or respond to your counselor. You will get a notification by email when the counselor has sent you a message.

How do Live chat sessions work?

You will sometimes want to have a text conversation with your counselor in real-time. This way you can still enjoy the convenience and privacy of messaging but also enjoy a "live" interaction that allows instant response and feedback from your counselor.
To have a live chat session, you will first need to schedule a time with your counselor. At the scheduled time, log in to your account to start typing and chatting with your counselor.

How do live sessions work?

You can also have a video session with your counselor where you see each other and talk with each other in a virtual face-to-face setting.
To talk with your counselor via video, you will need to schedule a time with your counselor and log in to your counseling room at that time. Your counselor will then prompt you to start the video session. After you confirm, you will immediately begin video chatting with your counselor.

Can I go back and read the counselor’s previous message?

Yes. You can always login to your account and read all the counselor's messages to you. This may help you in reflecting and remembering some of the guidance and input that you received. This is one of the main advantages of online counseling.

How will I pay for my membership or for particular session?

We have various popular payment gateway options like eSewa, Khalti, fonepay etc. you can choose the one payment option as per your feasibility.

What is the role of Rolling Nexus?

The service is provided by independent counsellors who work directly with you. These counsellors are not the employees of Rolling Nexus and the site doesn't oversee them professionally. Our mission is to build, maintain, and support a platform that lets users and counselors communicate effectively, and to facilitate this channel so they can get the most out of their interaction.

How can I be sure that this is an effective form of counselling?

We use the high-end tech platform to have an uninterrupted communication between the counselor and user. As the counselor will definitely solve your queries during the session itself and you can also note down the comments of the counselor and also you can use screen record app to record the screen during your session time and whenever you like you can view/listen the recorded session.

What kind of counselling services will be there at online counselling service under Rolling Nexus?

For now, there are professionals who stands as a counsellor who will typically specializes on the field of astrology, career, health, fitness and wellness, system and IT, Legal, physical and mental etc. you can visit their profile at anytime from anywhere and can book them as per their availability for the session.

What is your cancellation policy?

Before you pay any fees to the counsellors’ profile, you will not be directly charged by the system, rather system will confirm your payment first but if you will proceed to confirm the booking session, your payment can’t be refunded as once you booked the session, users won’t be able to book the same session time.

What is refund policy?

Rolling Counselling is committed to offering everyone the best possible experience with our platform and counsellors. If you’re not satisfied, you can book another counsellor’s session but refund can’t be done with the change in a mindset of the user once you paid for the services that you preferred initially. However, we strongly recommend you to check the review, feedback and the other details of the counsellors you like, so that you don’t have to worry for the services that you’ve been looking for.

Do you offer a free trial?

To keep prices affordable from each counsellor, we are not able to offer a free trial. However, counsellors may offer a free initial consultation where you may chat and have a conversation with them, who will give you a proper insight for the matching solution that you’ve been looking for.

Can I use Rolling Counselling if I am outside of the Nepal?

Absolutely! Rolling Counselling is available to all the users, no matter if anyone belongs from outside of the Nepal. Please remember that our prices are in Nepalese currency (NPR.) and most of our counsellors reside in Nepal time zones (UTC+05:45).

How many users can use the counselling services at a time?

Only one user can enroll one session at a time, if another person wants to join the same session from the same/different counsellors then, they have to book and pay for the counselling service.

How to troubleshoot live video session?

If you are facing issues with you live video sessions being choppy, blurry, dropping, audio/video out of synch or any other issue with audio/video quality please try the following steps to help resolve:

• Ensure that you have good network and internet connectivity
• Ensure that you have good network and internet connectivity
• Not connected through a VPN network.
• Check the iOS Store or Google Play Store to make sure your app is up to date
• If your app is up to date, then remove and reinstall the app
• Restart your browser
• Restart your phone, computer or tablet
• Restart your router
• Reset your phone or tablet's network settings
 Android devices:
- • From the Home screen, navigate: Settings > Backup and reset
- • Tap reset network settings
- • Tap RESET SETTINGS.
- • If applicable, enter the PIN, password, fingerprint or pattern then tap RESET SETTINGS again to confirm.
- • A "Network settings reset" pop-up should briefly appear.
 iOS devices:
- • Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
- • This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.

What happen if I get disconnected due to internet or electricity cut off when I’m taking the session?

If you encounter any issue while taking the session, your counselling session cannot be carried forward as the counsellors might get booked by another user/s for counselling session. So, we strongly recommend you to take the session form your smartphone device so that you can have both the power back up and mobile data option which you can use whenever you need it.

What happen if I get disconnected due to internet or electricity cut off issue from counselor’s side, when I’m taking the session?

If the issue occurred from the counsellors’ side, then, counsellors will manage for the remaining time of session by him/herself and you’ll be informed by the counsellors shortly about the continuity of the session.
