Job Description:
We are hiring 4 Documentation Officers who will be responsible for managing and processing documents related to the recruitment and deployment of workers for foreign employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, verify, scan and prepare documents such as passport copies, photos, medical reports, police reports, and training certificates.
- Assist in filling out forms for visa processing, and other recruitment-related documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all required paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Maintain proper filing and record keeping of both physical and digital documents.
- Track document status and follow up to ensure timely processing.
- Track document expiry and ensure timely renewal or follow-up.
Requirements:
Minimum Education: +2 (Higher Secondary Level) completed.
Experience: Fresher’s are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in documentation or administrative work is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email , scanning & printing).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work in a team and under pressure.
Willing to learn and grow within the organization.
