Management Trainee – Sales & Marketing

Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.30 or First Division.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to sales, marketing, or customer service. Experience in the insurance industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and willing to work in a sales-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company's insurance products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales.
- Achieve assigned business targets within the stipulated timeframe.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
Age Requirement
Applicants must be:
- At least 21 years of age, and
- Not more than 35 years of age as of the application deadline.
