Position: Relationship Manager

Position: Supervisor/Junior Officer
Location: Various branches located at Koshi, Madesh, Bagmati, Gandaki and Lumbini Province
Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA

Minimum 3 years of experience in credit marketing, business loan solicitation and relationship management within a bank or financial institution
Other Requirements:

Experience in sourcing, appraising and managing credit loan portfolios with focus on SME and Business Loans.

Strong sales-oriented approach with proven ability to acquire new clients, generate quality loan business, and drive business growth.

Sound knowledge of credit appraisal, financial analysis, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance, coupled with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong willingness for business growth and customer acquisition.

Ability to identify business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients.
Age Criteria: Not exceeding 35 years for Supervisor level and 40 years for Officer level as on vacancy deadline.
