* Designation: “Kitchen Chef”
* Meal: 2 times a day

a. Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook (2 to 3 years)
b. Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pasta makers)
c. Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques
d. Leadership skills
e. Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
f. Excellent time management abilities
g. Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
h. Familiarity with sanitation regulations
i. Culinary school diploma preferred
ii. Bachelor's degree in relevant field
a. Assuring the freshness, quality, and promptness of the food.
b. Organizing the work of the cooks.
c. Hygiene policies are being implemented, and equipment is being inspected for cleanliness.
d. Creating new recipes, menu planning, and plate presentation are all things that I enjoy doing.
e. Staffing numbers are being reviewed to ensure that service, operational, and budgetary goals are met.
f. Recruiting and training kitchen employees such as cooks, food prep workers, and dishwashers.
g. Administrative chores, inventory of food and equipment supplies, and purchase orders are all part of the job.
h. Staff performance standards are established and monitored.
i. Assist the company in determining how much food and supplies are required.
j. Obtaining feedback on the quality of the food and service, as well as dealing with client concerns and complaints.
