Experience: At least 1 year experience in diagnostic laboratory, hospital and/or health care. Involved in Community level preferred
Job Description:

Welcome and assist patients in a professional, courteous, and patient-centered manner.

Support patient registration and ensure accurate entry of patient information into the Laboratory Information System (LIS).

Verify patient details, test requisition forms, and supporting documents received from clients.

Guide walk-in patients regarding laboratory tests and NPL health checkup packages, and provide appropriate counseling to help them select suitable tests or packages.

Assist the front desk team with billing, cash handling, test registration, and report dispatch processes.

Coordinate with local-level health institutions and support the organization of community-level and peripheral health camps.

Conduct basic health assessments — including Blood Pressure (BP) monitoring and Body Mass Index (BMI) calculation — both within the laboratory and at the community level.

Provide health education and awareness messages to community members and patients on preventive healthcare and available laboratory services.

Support the organization and operation of in-house and outreach health camps.

Assist in Pap smear sample collection for cytological examination in accordance with established protocols and standards.

Organize community engagement activities and deliver health promotion and laboratory awareness programs.

Support corporate business promotion activities by presenting laboratory services, health packages, and diagnostic solutions to corporate clients and stakeholders.
