Job Description
Duties / Functions
1. Understand and consult on hardware, security products and services, data center colocation, WiFi, and cloud solutions for Large Mid Enterprise customers across various industry verticals
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design network and security solutions that meet those needs
3. Develop technical roadmaps and plans for implementing new technologies and solutions
4. Evaluate and select technologies and tools to be used in the development and deployment of solutions
5. Lead the development and implementation of enterprise customer IT solutions and integrations, with a focus on network and security
6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
7. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and work to resolve them in a timely manner, with a focus on network and security
8. Analyze and interpret alerts related to Network, SIEM, and SOC solutions
9. Identify new business opportunities in coordination with the business development team and potential clients, through research and analysis of business, industry, competitive, and client-specific issues and trends
10. Plan and prepare general and specific presentations about the company and its products and services, with a focus on network and security
11. Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols for network and security
12. Engineer, implement, and monitor security measures for the protection of core networks and information
13. Design, deploy, and implement core network security architecture, and develop detailed cyber security designs
14. Adhere to all quality standards and processes for the acquisition of customers, opportunities, and submission of tender and contract documents
15. Configure and troubleshoot security and network infrastructure devices.
16. Apply company-wide project management standards in preparing bids and contracts, responding to customer needs, and managing the sales process from opportunity identification to customer sign off
17. Write comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes, and propositions for further system security/cybersecurity enhancement.
18. Develop technical solutions and new security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks, with a focus on network and security
