- Visit the client and proceed for network setup/support like router extension, ONU setup etc.
- Provide overall technical support to clients
- Assist IP support team to resolve network issue of customer
- Create Package for customers as per the demand and necessity
- Coordinate with area team for collection of cash
- Respond to inquiries and perform liaison functions between the customer and company
- Quickly diagnose, prioritize, and troubleshoot internal and external customer issues.
- Must be able to distinguish between customer internal network and Subisu connection issues.
- Ensure users always have access to network systems, applications, and services
- Troubleshooting, Diagnosing, repairing technical issues.
- Perform any other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by the company.
