Manager – HR Community, Partnerships & Strategic Engagement
Key Responsibilities
- Build and engage HR and business professional communities.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with organizations and institutions.
- Support business development through relationship building and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate webinars, networking events, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Assist with communications, executive branding, and community outreach.
- Guide interns and support engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali.
- Strong networking, stakeholder management, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Background
Experience in HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, HR Consulting, Corporate Communications, Community Building, Strategic Partnerships, or Business Development.
