Position: Call Center Associate
Location: Raniban Kathmandu, Nepal
Shift Type: Morning/ Day/ Evening and Night (Need to be Flexible in all shift)
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via telephone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Requirements:
- Intermediate Completed
- Knowledge of telephone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Freshers with good communication can apply. (Highly Preferred Nepali Language Fluency)
